这是美剧《Friends》第10季中的一首经典插曲。歌曲节奏强劲，旋律非常动人，其中蕴涵着温暖、失落、迷离的复杂错落感觉，很值得反复品味。
Hoobastank，一支来自美国加利福尼亚州的后Grunge乐队，成立于1995年。2002年乐队首张同名专辑《Hoobastank》获得白金唱片销量。2003年岁末发表了第二张大碟《The Reason》，发行四个半月后就位居排行榜三甲，从此知名度飞速上扬。
