Richard Walters，来自牛津的自由唱作人，与一位相爱的美国女孩现居在巴黎。他说他喜欢雨，喜欢伞，这张专辑更是他坠入爱河后的细腻之作，处处弥漫着柔软宁静和浪漫。
2004年他出了第一张个人solo Ep，同时他也参与过Mono band等多个乐队；2005年，参与了Mono band的同名专辑制作。这首《All At Sea》曾被美剧《CSI：MiaMi》（犯罪现场调查之迈阿密）采用作为片尾曲。
