这首哀而不伤的民谣小曲，是NBC美剧《我们这一天》(This Is Us)片头曲。
此曲原本为底特律音乐人Sufjan Stevens写给逝去母亲的作品，出自他于2015年以母亲和继父的名字命名的专辑《Death With Dignity》中。Sufjan叙述着儿时的仓皇与痛苦，种种试图靠近母亲而不得的状态。以此祭奠他与母亲脆弱却不可抹却的羁绊。
