Lisa Hannigan，1981年出生于爱尔兰一个名叫Kilcloon, Country Meath的小镇。2001年她成为了在欧美颇有名声的Damien Rice的伴唱；在不少的演出里，她同时担任了吉他手，贝斯手，还有鼓手。2007年Lisa Hannigan离开了Damien，组建自己的乐队。2008年推出首专，2011年发行《Passenger》。
