The Velvet Underground（中文译“地下丝绒乐队”）是美国1965年之后最重要的摇滚乐队，它是70年代和80年代所有白人艺术噪音音乐的源泉，并且为摇滚创作中的暴戾的吉他弹奏以及带刺的现实主义的叙事歌词创作手法定下了一个普遍的标准。
