幽暗华丽的英伦摇滚乐队Rialto于2002年以解散收场，主唱Louis Eliot单飞做起了自己喜欢的独立民谣。这张个人专辑风格上与Rialto有相当大的分别，没有煽情，省去电子，只剩下aoucstic的单纯，感觉更类似unplugged。

At eight o'clock we said goodbye
晚上八点 我们互相道别
That's when I left her house for mine
我离开她家 独自归家
She said that she'd be staying in
她说她还得留在这
Well she had to be work by nine
工作到九点
So I get home and have a bath
我就回去洗了个澡
And let an hour or two pass
无所事事 消磨一两小时
Drifting in front of my TV
在电视前 神游天外
When a film comes on that she wants to see
即使电视里播放着她想看的那部电影
It's Monday morning 5:19
星期一凌晨5:19
And I'm still wondering where she's been
我还在想她去了哪儿
Cos everytime I try to call,I just get her machine
因为每次给她电话 都是电话里无人接听的声音
And now it's almost 6 am,and I don't want to try again
现在马上六点 我不想再打给她了
Cos if she's still not back then heaven knows what then
她如果再不回电话 我们就结束了
At first I guess she's gone to get herself a pack of cigarettes
一开始 我猜她可能去抽了包烟
A pint of milk,food for the cat
或者喝着牛奶 喂着猫粮
But it's midnight now and she's still not back
但现在已经午夜了 她还没有回电话

And I'm still wondering where she's been

Cos everytime I try to call,I just get her machine

It's 6 pm

At half past two I picture her in the back of someone else's car
两点半的时候 我拍到她坐进了别人的车
He runs his fingers through her hair
